Jack, a veteran San Francisco police officer, postpones his long overdue vacation in order to help a friend find his missing daughter. However, in the process of his investigation, Jack uncovers an international ring of bond thieves. When the thieves hold Jack hostage, a beautiful member of the team offers to get him off the hook if he helps her escape from her violent husband.
